Woolwich Twp. – Kingsway Regional High School has named David Dominik to take the reins for the 2019 Dragon Boys Lacrosse Team this spring. This announcement comes after a string of new head varsity coaches have come on board this year, including recent additions of Bill Alvaro (Baseball) and Jennie Hara (Girls Lacrosse).

About David Dominik

David Dominik, a graduate of Alvernia University and recently appointed middle school science teacher, was named head varsity boys lacrosse coach on Thursday. Coach Dominik, a 2011 Kingsway Regional High School graduate and former assistant coach at Alvernia, brings with him considerable experience and accomplishments as a former lacrosse player at Alvernia.

“We are excited to have Coach Dominik step in as our new head boys lacrosse coach. He is energetic and will bring a lot of enthusiasm to our program,” says Athletic Director June Cioffi.

Dominik takes over for a program that will be in a rebuilding year with the loss of seven seniors, however there are many upcoming talented juniors and seniors eager to get started.

“Coach Dominik is organized, prepared, and dedicated and is looking to take over the reins and build the program at his Alma Mater. His collegiate level experience will help him build our program into a tough competitor in the Olympic Conference. We are looking forward to his passion and leadership and brining our boys lacrosse program to the next level,” said Superintendent Dr. James J. Lavender.
