Federal Transparency in Coverage Rule
The link below leads to machine-readable files related to our group health plan offerings that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to access and analyze data more easily.
Waiver of Health Benefits
If you are opting out of employer-sponsored healthcare coverage, and have access to coverage elsewhere, please complete the Waiver of Benefits form and return to the Human Resources Office.
