Become a Volunteer

Thank you for your interest in volunteering in the Kingsway Regional School District.  Volunteering in a school is a unique and exciting experience.  Our volunteers promote and maintain supportive relationships with students, teachers and school staff.

All volunteers, with the exception of visitors and one-time volunteers who remain at school, must complete a volunteer application each school year.

  • Volunteer Application
    • Volunteer Policy Acknowledgment for Policies 9180 and 9181
    • Computer Internet Usage Agreement
  • Mandated Training
    • A link to mandated training will be sent once the volunteer application is approved. 
  • Volunteer Criminal History Background Check
    • Tier II volunteers must complete a Criminal History Background Check with the New Jersey Office of Student Protection Unit. Volunteers will receive detailed instructions to complete this process.

Any volunteers accompanying students off campus must complete a volunteer packet including a Criminal History Background Check.

All volunteers, including one-time volunteers and visitors, must:

  • Sign in and out at the Main Office of the school they are visiting.
  • Wear an identification badge during their volunteer activity or experience.
  • Follow the guidelines outlined in Policies 9180 and 9181.
