2025 Summer Assignments

The goal of summer assignments at KRSD is to continue to engage students in academic activities throughout the summer or to provide continued practice so students enter the next school year with confidence.  These activities have been designed to be completed independently without the need for direct instruction to further demonstrate the importance of self-directed learning.

If a course is not listed below, then a summer assignment is not required for that course. 
Some summer assignments have a digital/online component; these assignments are marked with a diamond (♦).

Chrome Book Pick Up Dates for Rising 9th Grade KRHS students in need of a Kingsway device for a summer assignment: 

• Tuesday, July 22nd - 7:30am-10:30am High School South Main Entrance - South Library

• Tuesday, August 5th - 2:30pm-4:30pm High School South Main Entrance - South Library
