CompleteCare Health Network (CCHN)

Kingsway Regional School District has entered an agreement with CompleteCare Health Network (CCHN) to provide medical services for Kingsway students.  The staff at CompleteCare are dedicated to working with families to obtain healthcare services and will also assist families in obtaining insurance.

To start the process, a parent or guardian must complete a CCHN application and return to the school nurse in the child's designated school. The applications are reviewed by the CCHN staff, and these staff members will reach out to the family to discuss insurance programs and options.

Once this step has been completed, medical appointments are scheduled by the school nurse and the CCHN coordinator.  Appointments take place during the school day, and CCHN provides bus transportation for our students.  Please note this is an excused absence for students, and the average appointment time frame is about 1.5 hours.  Services that are available for our students include physicals, wellness exams, immunizations, eye exams, and dental treatment.

We are excited to offer this program, and we encourage you to call your building's school nurse for more information or to receive a CCHN application.
