Drew started with Kingsway in 2018 and has 5 years of facilities management experience with the district, he also holds an HVAC-R License for the state of New Jersey where he has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Drew’s responsibilities include overseeing the day to day operations of the buildings & grounds department and the facilities staff in addition to providing oversight for project development, inventory control, & asset management.

Chris has been with Kingsway since 2018 and prior to that has spent the past 18 years working in the electrical and remediation trades. He holds a Water Damage Restoration Certification, Electrical Certification and has recently earned his C.E.F.M. Chris’s assignments include but are not limited to, assisting in the oversight for the facilities staff and developing maintenance protocols for better equipment upkeep. 

Trevor Lacy
Night Supervisor - Buildings & Grounds

Trevor joined Kingsway in 2015 and has over 27 years of supervisory experience.  He oversees the night custodial crew in all aspects of cleaning/maintaining the school after hours and assisting outside groups using the facilities in the evenings.

Samantha joined Kingsway in 2015 and has over 15 years of Administrative Assistant experience.  Samantha is responsible for assisting Drew, Chris and Trevor with all administrative needs of the department.  She also works with outside organizations in scheduling rooms and athletic fields at Kingsway High School and Middle School.
