When is the Craft Show?
The Kingsway Education Foundation Craft show is held once a year on the first Saturday of November. This event is held rain or shine.

Where is your show located?
The Kingsway Education Foundation Annual Craft Show takes place at the Kingsway Regional High School located at:
213 Kings Highway, Woolwich Twp, NJ 08085
The event runs from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on the Saturday of the event.
The school is in a prime location being one mile off of Exit 2 of the NJ Turnpike at the corner of the intersection of Rt. 322 and Kings Highway.
Our event is well established and well attended by both vendors and guests.

When can I apply for your Craft Show?
The application for the Kingsway Education Foundation Annual Craft Show always opens on May 1st of each year. If you are on our distribution list, you will receive an email notification that the application is open.
You can always find the application posted on our website www.krsd.org/craftshow on May 1st of each year.

What items can I sell?
This craft show is intended to be strictly a presentation of the exhibitor’s handcrafted items.
NO MANUFACTURED OR THIRD-PARTY ITEMS. Pictures can be submitted with one’s application, although they are not a mandatory requirement as we expect our exhibitors to apply with integrity. Upon setup, the committee will have the right to dismiss crafters in non-compliance of required craftsmanship. *There are no baked items or open-flame items permitted.
*No permission is granted to use Kingsway Logos or Mascots on crafted items. -
What is the Vendor Fee to participate in the Craft Show?
The vendor fee for the Kingsway Education Foundation Craft Show is $75 per space.
Vendors will be assigned an estimated 10' x 7' indoor space or a 10' x 10' outdoor space. A hallway space will vary in depth to allow for adequate walking space, but not less than 10' wide.
There are no extra charges for electricity, but is only provided as available, with no guarantee of electric service.
Online advertisements is also included in the space fee.
Personal checks will not be accepted after October 1st. A $35 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

Do you offer refunds if I can no longer attend?
There are NO REFUNDS after your application has been processed. All proceeds from the Craft Show support our student scholarships and programs. We appreciate your donations to help our students succeed.
