Technology Tickets

  • Tech Coach Tickets:  If you require troubleshooting or assistance related to Schoology or an instructional tech integration (i.e. Newsela, Poll Everywhere, PearDeck, ActivInspire, etc.), please request assistance via our HelpDesk Request System. Create a new ticket under the "TechCoach" heading.
  • Tech Tickets:  Requests for technical, non-instructional assistance (i.e. classroom projector, email, Dell laptop, phone system, etc.) will still be accommodated through the same system under the "Technology" heading.
