BLA and S.T.E.M. Academies
The Business Leadership Academy is a four-year program for motivated incoming 9th graders that is designed to provide students with the business and financial skills necessary for success in any professional career. The overarching goal of the BLA is to provide students with a comprehensive curriculum relevant to the underpinnings of the business world using a collaborative student-centered approach to learning. Through their active participation in this program, students will be effectively prepared for college business programs through exposure to various foundations critical to the business world with a focus on collaboration, project-based learning, and emphasis on 21st Century Learning.
The S.T.E.M. Academy at Kingsway Regional High School is a rigorous four year interdisciplinary program designed to provide a strong educational foundation for those academically-gifted students planning to pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics. Students enrolled in this program should be prepared for challenging coursework and a variety of educational opportunities. Successful completion of the full program allows students to graduate with college credits and a strong foundation in science and math.
All interested students must apply for acceptance into the S.T.E.M. Academy, the Business Leadership Academy, or both Academies (noting a preference) by submitting a completed application packet by the designated deadline. Potential applicants must submit all required information by the due date to be considered for admission.
