Board of Education Members and Leadership
The Kingsway Regional Board of Education is composed of nine members elected by the citizens of the Townships of East Greenwich, Woolwich, South Harrison and the Borough of Swedesboro. The Logan Township Board of Education appoints Kingsway’s tenth member annually.
We congratulate Christie Comerford, Lauren Boerlin (East Greenwich Twp.), Patrick Daley (Woolwich Twp.), and Kristen Lombardo (Logan Twp.) on their re-election to the Board. We also congratulate and welcome new member Nicholas Rosato (South Harrison Twp.). The Board appointed Jennifer Cavallaro-Fromm (Swedesboro) as President and Lauren Boerlin (East Greenwich) as Vice President for a one-year term.
Purpose of the Board of Education and Meeting Dates
The Board has a dual role: To represent the concerns of the citizens, taxpayers and parents to the school administrators, and to represent the needs of the students and school district to the citizens, taxpayers and parents of the community. The Board’s required functions are policy oversight, educational planning, and provision of financial resources.
We encourage our parents and residents to attend Board of Education meetings to raise questions, comment and/or offer suggestions during the public portion of the agenda. All meetings are held at 6:30 pm in the high school East Cafeteria, unless published otherwise. Learn more about the Board of Education and meeting dates.
