Mr. Dubbs serves as the 8th grade Assistant Principal. He is a graduate of Rowan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biological science and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Wilmington University. Mr. Dubbs taught biological science at Kingsway for sixteen years and was named Teacher of the Year in 2006. He transitioned into administration as the Assistant Principal for four years at Kingsway Regional High School. 2016-17 was Mr. Dubbs' first year as the Assistant Principal in the middle school.

Mr. Miles is a Kingsway graduate who serves as the 7th grade Assistant Principal. He graduated from Rowan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance in 2004. Mr. Miles also completed his Master’s Degree in School Leadership from Wilmington University in 2011. 

Mr. Miles taught mathematics at Kingsway Regional Middle School for eight years (2005-2013) before being promoted to Assistant Principal at the middle school (2013-2015). He also served as a Principal in Mantua Township School District for five years (2015-2020) before becoming that district’s Superintendent and Business Administrator (2020-2021). At the start of 2022, he transitioned back to his “roots” at Kingsway Regional Middle School as an Assistant Principal. Mr. Miles is thrilled to work alongside Mr. Tonelli, Mr. Dubbs, and the school’s excellent teaching staff and enjoys once again being able to interact with middle school students.
