• Assistant Principals

    Kingsway Regional Middle School's adminstrative team is comprised of the principal and two assistant principals.  Each assistant principal is responsible for overseeing student management at his/her assigned grade level.  The assistant principals loop with their assigned classes in order to foster relationships with both students and parents.

      Mr. Ed Dubbs

      Mr. Dubbs serves as the 8th grade Assistant Principal. He is a graduate of Rowan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biological science and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Wilmington University. Mr. Dubbs taught biological science at Kingsway for sixteen years and was named Teacher of the Year in 2006. He transitioned into administration as the Assistant Principal for four years at Kingsway Regional High School. 2016-17 was Mr. Dubbs' first year as the Assistant Principal in the middle school.

      Mrs. Mary Neyer

      After working for seven years in two previous districts, Mrs. Neyer joined the Kingsway family in September 2006. For fourteen years, she taught seventh and eighth-grade mathematics and was an instructional coach from 2021 until 2023. Mrs. Neyer was a team leader while teaching in the middle school, served as a club advisor, and participated in various committees including the Ed Tech Committee, Peer Observation Program, and Superintendent’s Leadership Council. Her accomplishments include Dragon of the Month, Curriculum Spotlight Teacher, and Teacher of the Year.

      Mrs. Neyer is excited about joining the administrative team as the 7th grade assistant principal, and is looking forward to a successful school year.
