The Kingsway Regional School District encourages the use of school buildings and facilities by the community for educational, recreational, civic, and cultural activities to the extent possible under law. Kingsway believes that school facilities are an important resource in developing and sustaining lifelong learning, in promoting intergovernmental cooperation, and in encouraging citizen participation in community activities.
The Buildings & Grounds Department is responsible for organizing and scheduling all requests for use of facilities submitted internally through the District and also from outside groups. Requests are processed, scheduled, and any applicable payments processed.
Please complete the Use of Facilities Request Form and submit it to Mrs. Pamela Ogren, Secretary to the Buildings and Grounds Department at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, all outside organizations are required to provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance prior to their event date.
