Instructional Technology Tickets
If you require troubleshooting or assistance related to Schoology or an instructional tech resource (i.e. Gradebook sync, Newsela, Poll Everywhere, PearDeck, ActivInspire, etc.), please request assistance via our HelpDesk Request System. Create a new ticket under the "TechCoach" heading. Requests for technical, non-instructional assistance (i.e. classroom projector, email, Dell laptop, phone system, etc.) will still be accommodated through the same system under the "Technology" heading.
