Kingsway Regional utilizes an online registration platform to make registration and re-enrollment of students as convenient as possible. The registration forms can be completed online for your student (or multiple students) at your home on your own schedule. Once the online forms are submitted and reviewed, our Registrar will work with you to schedule an appointment with a guidance counselor at your student’s new school. This appointment will serve as both the finalization of your registration and a time to meet with guidance, get acquainted with the school, and schedule your student’s classes.
How to get started with the online registration forms:
For new families enrolling students at Kingsway Regional for the first time: you will need to submit the pre-registration form (linked below) to begin the registration process. Families of existing Kingsway students who are enrolling a new student should also submit the pre-registration link below.
Families from our K-6/K-8 sending districts transferring over the summer will follow an alternate process that is outlined in communications prior to their transfer.
(Note: The online forms do not have to be completed in one sitting. The registration dashboard will also show any “In-Progress” registrations you haven’t finished yet and allow you to continue them.)
How do I create my Kingsway Parent Portal account?
Once families have completed the registration process, the Registrar will create their parent account at the in person meeting. Parents will login for the first time at that meeting.
What documentation do I need to register my student at Kingsway Regional?
Refer to the listing on our Registration Requirements section to make sure you have everything collected before you begin. We provide the ability to upload electronic copies of many required documents (proofs of residency, IEP documents, transfer cards, etc…). You may take advantage of that option if you have electronic copies.
Where can I find copies of important forms such as physicals and medical management plans?
We link many commonly used forms in the online registration portal. We also have the Registration Documents collection which provides downloadable copies of all our registration related forms organized by type.
A special note to new families who are Logan Township residents:
Because Logan is a K-8 district, its students in grades 9-12 attend Kingsway Regional School District. In order to attend Kingsway Regional, Logan residents must register with the Logan Township School District prior to registering with Kingsway Regional School District. The responsibility of checking residency for incoming students rests with Logan Township. Logan Township provides an online form to begin the registration process. You will need to schedule an appointment with the Logan Township District Registrar to finalize that registration. Below is their contact information:
Once you have proven residency to Logan Township, you will no longer need to prove residency to Kingsway. This slightly changes the registration process; upon receiving notice of your registration from Logan, Kingsway's Registrar will reach out to you and provide an alternate online form. You will not need to follow the instructions for new families below.
